• You will take overall responsibility for the management of your clinic within the framework of our decentralized management model.
• They shape the clinic as a high-performance provider with supra-regional appeal – through targeted investments and site development.
• You will optimize processes, be responsible for controlling and reporting, and create a reliable basis for decision-making for corporate management.
• You will work closely with chief physicians, nursing managers and our company network - for excellent patient care and strong synergies.
• You will lead your employees with clarity and appreciation, promote talents and develop a modern, motivating leadership culture.
• You will be responsible for managing projects, preparing analyses and presentations, and representing your clinic to internal and external stakeholders.

• You have several years of professional and management experience in hospital management
• You bring initiative, creativity and strategic thinking skills to the table
• You convince managers and employees alike – both professionally and personally
• Ideally, you have a degree in economics, law or medicine
• You work independently, reliably and with a pronounced hands-on mentality

• A leadership culture based on transparency, trust and appreciation
