MFA / Medical Assistant (m/f/d)

• You are the contact person at the registration desk and take over the coordination of the practice process, including appointments and telephone service
• In addition to preparing examinations and treatments, you will assist with general diagnostic measures in orthopaedics / pain therapy
• You will support our team in the management of treatment records, documentation of patient data and maintenance of patient files
• Administrative activities such as electronic data management, the maintenance and management of patient files as well as support in service recording and billing are also part of your area of responsibility

• You have completed vocational training as an MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training
• Ideally, you have already had (initial) experience in the outpatient sector
• Knowledge of radiation protection (X-ray certificate) and surgical experience desirable, but not absolutely necessary
• You will maintain an empathetic and empathetic approach to our patients
• You work independently as well as responsibly and reliably
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
