MFA / Medical Assistant – Registration and Secretariat Nuclear Medicine (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team at the Medical Care Center for Nuclear Medicine and Radiotherapy in Krefeld, we are looking for a full-time Medical Assistant / MFA (m/f/d) for the registration and secretariat of nuclear medicine as soon as possible.

What to expect

You will support us in all tasks related to registration in our MVZ and perform tasks of the secretariat
You will be responsible for scheduling the examinations and coordinating the practice processes by means of an appointment calendar, e-mail, telephone and answering machine
If you have any questions or concerns, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and other medical practices
They prepare the files for the consultation, create doctor's letters and are responsible for the follow-up to the consultation hours
You will also support us in the coding and billing of the examinations and services provided

What you bring to the table

You have completed vocational training as a medical assistant, medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training
Ideally, you have experience in the implementation of IT-based processes and have previous knowledge of the use of practice software programs
An empathetic and empathetic approach to our patients is a matter of course for you
You have strong communication skills, organizational skills, helpfulness and enjoy working in a team
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
