We are looking for a Project Manager IT Nursing (m/f/d) for our Helios Klinikum Emil von Behring in Berlin with immediate effect

What to expect

Responsibility for IT at the Emil von Behring site in Zehlendorf as well as central contact person for all IT-related topics
Planning, coordination and implementation of IT and digitization projects in nursing and medical areas - with a focus on nursing processes and patient safety
Close coordination with nursing management, doctors, IT department and external partners; Ensuring adoption, training needs, and change management
Management of project-related tasks and implementation of the group-wide IT strategy
Ensuring data protection, IT security and compliance (including GDPR, hospital IT requirements) as well as participation in audits and certifications
Analysis and optimization of IT-supported processes in medical and nursing areas in cooperation with main users and end users

What you bring to the table

Completed three-year training as a nurse (m/f/d) as well as experience in the IT sector with a focus on nursing
Analytical and conceptual thinking, high ability to work in a team and independent way of working
Confident, solution-oriented communication with users from nursing and medicine
Structured working style, economic action and clear prioritisation
High reliability, commitment and sense of responsibility
Legally required proof of measles immunization
