What to expect

You will be responsible for welcoming and caring for patients as well as managing appointments at the registration desk
Telephone patient coordination is also part of your area of responsibility
They accompany the consultation and support us in the preparation of general medical examinations and treatments such as ECG / 24-hour ECG, (long-term) blood pressure measurement, lung function test, etc.
General laboratory activities such as taking blood samples are also part of your everyday work
In addition, administrative activities such as documenting treatment processes, recording and billing services or changing patient status are part of your range of tasks

What you bring to the table

You have completed vocational training as an MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training
Professional experience in a doctor's office or in an outpatient environment desirable, but not mandatory
You have digital skills and ideally experience in dealing with IT-supported processes
You enjoy real teamwork and a careful and patient-oriented way of working is a matter of course for you
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
