To strengthen our team at the Helios Clinic at the Emil von Behring site in Berlin Zehlendorf , we are looking for several occupancy managers (m/f/d)

What to expect

Planning and coordination of the available bed capacities in cooperation with the emergency centre and the respective specialist departments
Monitoring and control of bed occupancy, taking into account hygiene regulations and medical urgency
Creation of digital reports and evaluations on occupancy rates and usage capacities
Interface management also to external clinics
Project work in a 2-shift system
Integration into an existing, innovative team

What you bring to the table

Completed training as a nurse, nursing assistant, geriatric nurse (m/f/d), emergency paramedic (m/f/d) or medical assistant (m/f/d)
Professional experience in the hospital sector, preferably in the management of bed or capacity management
Very good communication skills and reliability, as well as a high degree of organizational and planning skills
Experienced handling of IT applications and hospital information systems
Friendly appearance, good communication skills, team spirit as well as initiative and commitment
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
