Geriatric Care Assistant (m/f/d)

• Design and implementation of geriatric therapy concepts
• Planning, documentation and implementation of basic and subject-specific treatment care, taking into account the individual needs of the patients
• Documentation and evaluation of care measures within the care process
• Advice and guidance for patients and their relatives
• Implementation of the expert standards and the nursing therapy concepts of the ward
• Nursing process documentation and evaluation in the digital patient record

• Completed training as a geriatric nurse (m/f/d) or nurse (m/f/d)
• Geriatrics-specific additional qualification of 180 hours with certificate according to OPS 8-550 or specialist training "Geriatric Nurse" (520 hours of further training)
• High level of nursing professional and social competence as well as independent and self-responsible way of working
• Passion for the profession and strong ability to work in a team
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• Remuneration according to TVöD/VKA with a company pension scheme
