full-time with office in Berlin / Brandenburg. After an induction period of 6 months at the Helios headquarters, mobile working is possible.

What to expect

Working in an interdisciplinary or professional team
A structured induction
Digital file receipt management and independent monitoring of deadlines as well as reminder management are part of the daily work
Contact person for questions from team leaders, peers, medical directors and nursing directors on organizational issues regarding peer review processes
Track project progress, create and maintain project documentation
The preparation and follow-up of central Helios peer review procedures on site at the company's headquarters are also part of the area of responsibility

What you bring to the table

Completed training in the medical environment / healthcare sector (e.g. medical assistant, nurse)
Confident mastery of medical nomenclature
Confident digital working as well as very good knowledge of common MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
Adequate communication with the various professional groups in the healthcare sector
Independent and structured way of working
First experience in project management
