What to expect

Patient and appointment management
Administration as well as report preparation and follow-up
Physician assistance as well as coordination and control of all patient-related activities for the daily practice routine
Administrative work, such as private billing, writing documents and letters on behalf of a doctor (m/f/d)
Laboratory work such as blood sampling or wound care
Ensuring quality and hygiene management

What you bring to the table

You have completed vocational training as a medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training
You have already gained professional experience in the healthcare sector, ideally in the outpatient sector
You like to work in a highly motivated team in which you can rely on each other
You have good manners and an empathetic approach to patients
You have experience in dealing with MS Office and IT-supported processes
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
