Senior Manager Labor Relations (m/f/d)

As Senior Manager Labor Relations (m/f/d), you will play a key role in shaping cross-company co-determination and employee representation issues. You will advise and support central HR units and centers of expertise on strategically important projects relevant to co-determination. In this role, you will strengthen cooperation with employee representatives and ensure a legally compliant, solution-oriented implementation of our corporate goals.

These are your tasks:

• Management and cross-divisional coordination of laboratory relations activities

• Solution-oriented advice to CoEs and relevant HR units on committee-related issues

• Support and advice on projects relevant to co-determination as well as negotiations with employee representatives

• Tracking of trends and topics in the field of laboratory relations

• Coordination with internal stakeholders such as legal, compliance and human rights on cross-cutting topics

This is what sets you apart:

• Successfully completed law studies/fully qualified lawyer desirable, alternatively successfully completed studies in business administration or a comparable field

• Several years of relevant professional experience in the field of human resources, ideally in corporate structures

• In-depth experience in working with and negotiating with German employee representatives

• Very good knowledge of collective labour law

• Very good written and spoken English skills

• Strong communication skills, goal orientation and empathy

• Solution-oriented, responsible and structured way of working

• Confident appearance and high ability to advise
