As soon as possible, we are looking for you as a Quality Management Officer (m/f/d) for our Helios Clinic in Oberhausen.

What to expect

Support and further development of the internal QM system as well as promotion of quality awareness throughout the hospital
Analysis and further development of in-house processes and structures
Coordination and implementation of internal and external audits as well as certifications and their documentation
Maintenance of documents and further development of our document control system
Participation in clinical risk management
Collaboration in the field of energy management and sustainability

What you bring to the table

Successfully completed training as a nurse (m/f/d)
Ideally, initial professional experience in quality management or an interest in deepening your career in this area of application
A high degree of initiative and resilience
Strong cooperation and communication skills
Organizational skills and a structured way of working
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
