To strengthen our practice team at the Helios Orthopaedic Centre in Berlin-Wittenau, we are looking for you as soon as possible as

MFA / Medical Assistant (m/f/d)

full-time or part-time

• You will be responsible for organising consultation appointments, coordinating patients by telephone and being the first point of contact for our patients
• After extensive training, you will assist our specialists with examinations and treatments
• The care of patients before, during and after the consultation is your area of responsibility
• In addition, you will support us with administrative tasks and in the recording and billing of the services provided (private and statutory health insurance billing)
• You will work together with colleagues from other departments in an interdisciplinary manner and contribute to the further development of our MVZ

• You have completed vocational training as a medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or an equivalent qualification
• Experience in outpatient medical care and knowledge in the field of orthopaedics desirable, but not a requirement
• Knowledge of the associations/ if necessary. Syringe certificate / if necessary. X-ray certificate desirable
• Experience in dealing with computer-supported processes and knowledge in the operation of practice software programs or the willingness to acquire them
• Friendly and empathetic approach to our patients
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
