As soon as possible, we are looking for nurses, nurses (m/f/d) as ward assistants / physician assistants in cardiac surgery and in the field of cardiology.

• Administrative coordination: They support patient admission, anamnesis, distribution and discharge of patients and accompany the medical rounds.
• Participation in the treatment: They help with the diagnosis, draw up the treatment plan and coordinate all necessary examinations.
• Medication management: They take over the patient's previous medication and adjust it in close consultation with the medical team.
• Documentation & Organization: They reliably record examination results, findings, the course of treatment and medical orders.
• Teamwork & Communication: They work closely with doctors, nurses and other specialist departments to ensure optimal patient care. In addition, you will accompany the doctors in explaining diagnoses and have empathetic discussions with patients and their relatives.
• Quality & Process Optimization: They actively contribute to the further development and improvement of processes on the ward in order to constantly increase the quality of patient care.

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a nurse (m/f/d).
• Ideally, you have initial experience in the role of a medical assistant
• You have a quick grasp of things and are flexible in dealing with changing tasks. Your organizational talents help you to always keep track of things.
• You work with foresight, precision and structure and appreciate team-oriented cooperation.
• You can present the legally required proof of your immunization against measles.
