We are looking for you as a trainee nurse (m/f/d) at the Schwerin location as of September 1, 2026.

What to expect

Perceive care situations with people in need of care and actively participate in the care measures
Care in various areas of the hospital and with our cooperation partners (geriatric care facilities and outpatient care services)
Caring for people of all ages
Practical instructors who will accompany you through the three years of training and prepare your final exam with you at the end
A structured apprenticeship in which you are introduced to challenges and perfectly prepared for the professional tasks

What you bring to the table

You are open-minded, motivated and have the joy and interest in training in the healthcare sector
You have an empathetic personality and enjoy responsibly taking on versatile and nursing activities
You are suitable for the profession in terms of health
Ideally, you were able to gain initial experience in a care facility
You either have a secondary school leaving certificate (in the case of foreign applications, the recognition of the school-leaving certificate in Germany as well as a B2 language certificate), a secondary school leaving certificate in conjunction with completed vocational training (training duration at least two years) or the state permit as a nursing assistant/nursing service assistant (m/f/d)
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
