To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Patient Admission Employee (m/f/d) as soon as possible

• You will be the contact person for patients as well as their relatives and our staff
• They provide information in person and on the phone
• You will be responsible for inpatient and outpatient patient admissions and scheduling as well as the processing of billing-relevant documents
• Assumption of administrative activities and archiving of patient files
• Support for cost assurance

• Completed training as a medical assistant (m/f/d) or dental assistant (m/f/d)
• Professional experience in a hospital as well as knowledge of patient admission are desirable
• Experience and skill in dealing with IT systems as well as a confident way of expressing yourself and a pronounced service orientation are a matter of course for you
• A confident way of expressing yourself and a pronounced service orientation are a matter of course for you
• You have a patient-oriented and structured way of working and maintain an overview even in stressful situations, as well as empathetic interaction with patients and relatives and cooperative cooperation with colleagues, even across departments, are a matter of course for you
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
