We are looking for an employee in ward service elective service (m/f/d) for our hospital in Leipzig with immediate effect.

• First point of contact for our patients and supportive accompaniment in everyday ward life
• Organization and support of the patient lounge and the ward library
• Ensuring order and a feel-good atmosphere in the patient rooms in close coordination with the cleaning team
• Recording of individual meal requests, coordination with care, as well as serving and servicing meals
• Determining the needs of the station, ordering goods and taking over administrative tasks

• A strong service orientation and you want to make our patients' stay as pleasant as possible
• Enjoyment of communicating with patients and good English skills for exchange if necessary
• Confident handling of the PC and common office applications
• Willingness to work in shifts and the ability to keep a cool head even in stressful situations
• A well-groomed appearance and professional appearance are a matter of course for you
• Proof of legally required measles immunization
