Therapy Manager (m/f/d)

What to expect

Technical, organizational and economic overall responsibility for the therapeutic areas in the cluster
Ensuring the operational process and interdisciplinary cooperation of all therapists and all professional groups involved in therapy within the cluster
Conceptual design and interlocking of therapy as well as the optimization of workflows and the strategic development of the therapy areas in close cooperation with the clinic management and other professional groups
Ensuring high-quality, patient-oriented therapy taking into account current professional standards
Personnel development and ensuring all necessary qualifications and specializations in the area of responsibility

What you bring to the table

Completed studies, ideally with management skills
Completed training in physiotherapy, occupational therapy or speech therapy with several years of professional experience in the therapeutic field, ideally with management responsibility
Willingness to actively shape change processes
Strong leadership and social skills as well as management skills
Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and interdisciplinary thinking
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
