We are looking for you as soon as possible as a Medical Assistant (MFA)/ Nurse / Medical Assistant in the position - Interprofessional Ward Assistant (m/f/d) in the field of internal medicine at the Helios Park-Klinikum Leipzig.

As a ward assistant (ISA), you will take on a key role in the daily ward organization and make a significant contribution to an efficient, patient-oriented process with your commitment, while supporting the team in a variety of ways. Their working hours are from Monday - Friday on day duty.

• They coordinate the flow of information between medical services, nursing teams, functional areas (e.g. functional diagnostics) and patients and their relatives in order to ensure smooth care.
• They accompany medical rounds, document essential content, prepare examinations and take over the coordination of diagnostic measures - especially in the pneumological environment.
• You will reliably maintain patient data in the hospital information system and support medical documentation in the context of diagnostics and therapy.
• They carry out delegable medical activities – especially in connection with internal and pneumological diseases
• They take on organisational tasks within the framework of inpatient patient management - from admission and internal distribution to discharge and transfer planning.

• You are a trained medical assistant or nurse (m/f/d)
• Your strengths include a quick grasp, flexibility in dealing with changing tasks and organizational talent
• You have a high level of professional and social competence as well as independence
• You are characterized by a forward-looking, structured, precise and team-oriented way of working
• You are responsible and empathetic in dealing with our patients and their relatives.
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
