Medical Assistant HeliMed (m/f/d)

As soon as possible, we are looking for a full-time Medical Assistant (m/f/d) for our HeliMed care centers in Erfurt, Sömmerda and Gotha, among others.

• You will look after our patients before, during and after the consultation hours
• You will support us in appointment management (e-mail/telephone) and in the organization of a smooth practice process
• You will work together in a team with medical assistants and specialists (m/f/d)
• Your tasks will also include documenting patient data and assisting with the billing of services
• You will carry out non-medical activities and assist with general diagnostic measures

• You have completed vocational training as a medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training
• Experience in the neurosurgical field is an advantage
• A professional, responsible and empathetic person in dealing with our patients and their relatives is a matter of course for you
• You have a quick grasp and a structured and goal-oriented way of working
• You are reliable, have a strong sense of responsibility and enjoy working in a team
• You have digital skills and experience in dealing with medical practice software
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
