For our Große Bleichen site with a focus on orthopaedic-surgical and sports traumatology, we are looking for a career changer (m/f/d) for the MVZ arGon Große Bleichen as soon as possible. The position includes participation in the qualification program as a medical assistant (m/f/d)

• First point of contact for appointments, sick notes and prescription requests
• Telephone and personal correspondence
• General office and organizational tasks, support of practice processes
• Support in billing with health insurance companies, checking the insurance classes
• Data entry, maintenance of master data
• Participation in a structured curriculum to prepare for the exam to become a medical assistant (m/f/d)

• Ideally experience in patient contact, no medical training required
• Enjoyment of dealing with people and ability to work in a team
• Resilience, discretion and reliability
• Basic knowledge of computers; Fast learning process for practice software
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
