To strengthen our practice team in the Medical Care Center at the Erlenbach site, we are looking for you as soon as possible as

MFA / Medical Assistant (m/f/d)

full-time or part-time (20-25 h / week)

What to expect

Telephone patient coordination and appointment management at the registration desk are part of your area of responsibility
Through your cooperation, you ensure that the practice runs smoothly
You will look after our patients before, during and after the consultation hours
They support examinations, treatments (e.g. dressing changes, wound checks) and, after training, also assist with outpatient surgical procedures
Electronic data management as well as the maintenance and management of patient files will also be part of your area of responsibility
You will also support us in recording and billing services provided (GKV and PV)

What you bring to the table

You have completed vocational training as a medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training
Ideally, you have specialist knowledge in the field of surgery / orthopaedics, but this is not a prerequisite
Knowledge of EBM accounting or the willingness to acquire it is desirable
You are open to new things, enjoy the continuous expansion of your expertise and want to get started with us
Empathy and empathy towards our patients is a matter of course for you
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
