We are looking for a

Ward Manager (m/f/d)

full-time.

• You will take over the nursing management of a ward
• Contribution of innovative ideas for the construction and sustainable further development of the station
• You will be responsible for duty and vacation planning
• Cross-professional communication and collaboration
• Organization and optimization of processes
• As a manager, you are responsible for employee and team development

• Completed vocational training as a nurse (m/f/d)
• Completed specialist training for management tasks in nursing (FLP) would be desirable, but is not a prerequisite
• Independent work, resilience, mobility, flexibility and ability to work in a team
• Willingness to participate in shift and on-call work
• Assertiveness, organizational talent and a high degree of communication skills
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• Remuneration in accordance with the company collective agreement and, if applicable, other attractive allowances (e.g. child allowance)
