For Helios versorgung und Logistik GmbH, we are looking for a part-time employee (m/f/d) at the Velbert location as soon as possible.

• Reception of patients and visitors
• Competent transfer of information to patients and visitors
• Operation of the switchboard with professional and friendly acceptance and forwarding of telephone calls
• Distribution of incoming and outgoing mail as well as administrative patient management
• Minor administrative activities, e.g. management of the main cash register
• Communication point between our patients, visitors, customers and employees
• The working hours are in shifts (early and late shifts, night shifts) and also include Saturday, Sunday and holiday work

• Friendly, service-oriented appearance and a pleasant appearance
• Good communication skills, commitment and reliability
• Organizational skills, flexibility and team orientation
• The willingness to work in a 2-shift system and on weekends and holidays
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• Remuneration according to the framework collective agreement, classification in wage group 03
