For our Clinic for Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine at the Erfurt site, we are looking for a Chief Physician Secretary (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

• Independent organisation of the chief physician's secretariat of the Clinic for Paediatrics and Adolescent Medicine
• Representation of the clinic as the first administrative contact person for patients, colleagues in private practice, the emergency services and partner hospitals
• Organization and coordination of appointments for the chief physician
• Writing activities, e.g. correspondence, reports, findings and expert opinions, close cooperation with the study centres of the hospital and the region
• Support in the preparation of the duty and vacation schedule of the medical and nursing team

• Completed vocational training as a secretary, clerk for office organization or health care, paralegal or comparable training
• Several years of secretarial experience in a management area is desirable
• Organizational talent
• strong communication skills and a high degree of reliability and commitment
• A confident handling of MS Office tools and the willingness to familiarize yourself with the software systems used
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• A full-time position, with a weekly working time of 38.5 hours
