To expand our training team at Helios Klinikum Schwelm, we are looking for an exempt Practice Coordinator Nursing Training (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

• Coordination and organisation of practical nursing training and other training courses
• Organisational support for trainees
• Planning of practical nursing instructions and exam support as well as coordination of the practice instructors on the wards
• Close cooperation with the nursing directorate, the wards and the educational institutions, among others
• Applicant management, including planning and conducting job interviews
• Trainee marketing and company presentation in schools and at career information events

• Completed three-year nursing training
• Further training to become a practical instructor
• Several years of professional experience in nursing as well as experience in guiding trainees
• Pedagogical skills, strong communication skills, confident appearance towards different target groups
• Organizational skills and independent, structured way of working
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
