As Sales Field Service (m/f/d) TCT MedTech Transfusion and Cell Therapy your focus is on the targeted increase of turnover, sales and market shares in your sales area, whereby you actively contribute to the further development of the company's success. In doing so, you will focus on achieving economic targets, optimally exploiting regional potential and achieving a high level of customer satisfaction.
Implementation of product, price and sales concepts for defined customers
Analyzing market potential, customer needs and decision-making structures
Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships with opinion leaders
Developing individual sales strategies in line with customer and company targets
Independent consulting, quotation calculation and sales negotiations
Systematic acquisition of new customers and support for existing accounts
Use of CRM tools for planning, documentation and follow-up
Organization and support of customer audits
Support with forecasts and budget planning
Completed medical, medical technology or commercial training or a comparable qualification
At least 3 years of experience in sales with products requiring explanation
Understanding of business administration and confident handling of key figures
Experience in structured sales processes ("Value Based Selling")
Fluent written and spoken German and good English skills (at least B2)
Confident handling of MS Office, CRM systems and sales tools
Personal responsibility, commitment and solution-oriented thinking
Customer orientation, strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
Reliable, structured and independent way of working
Class B driver's license and willingness to travel
