Practical instructor (m/f/d) for our integration and professional development

What to expect

Organisation, takeover and implementation of practice instructions, or practice support on our new welcome ward
Structured induction of international nursing staff up to the independent performance of professional tasks and linguistic development in everyday ward life
Close cooperation with our cooperating training centres
Support and integration of the international nursing staff into the existing ward team
Preparation, implementation and participation in recognition examinations
Responsible mentoring activity with prospects for personal and professional development

What you bring to the table

Completed vocational training as a nurse (m/f/d) or comparable training or Bachelor of Nursing
Additional qualification as a practical guide with current proof of the training courses completed annually
Experience in the function as a practical instructor
Motivation to successfully implement and continue a welcome station and a positive welcome culture
Strong communication skills, empathy and reliability
Legally required proof of measles protection
