Cross Program Coordination Manager (m/f/d)

As a Cross Program Coordination Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of our global CRM program that unifies all business and countries on one Salesforce-based customer engagement platform. You will act as the point of contact for cross-program dependencies, risks and interfaces impacting the CRM program, creating transparency, alignment, and informed decision-making. In close collaboration with the program leadership, PMO colleagues, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will proactively identify risks, manage dependencies, and support effective program governance. Your role is essential in enabling effective program execution and governance across CRM-related initiatives and their dependencies with adjacent enterprise platforms, including, but not limited to the global SAP transformation program, (Customer/Product/Material) Master Data, Digital Technology initiatives (e.g. CMS, DAM) and Commercial Excellence Initiatives (e.g. Tender/Pricing, Salesforce Effectiveness, Commercial Analytics, LMS).

Your Responsibilities:

Cross-Program Coordination & Alignment: 

  • Act as the central coordination point for our CRM-related initiatives across adjacent enterprise programs, including but not limited to dependencies with SAP, Master Data, Digital Technology initiatives (e.g. CMS, DAM) and Commercial Excellence Initiatives (e.g. Tender/Pricing, Salesforce Effectiveness, Commercial Analytics, LMS). 

  • Drive cross-program alignment and governance across timelines, scope, risks and priorities. 
     

 Dependency and Risk Management:  

  • Establish and maintain a structured approach, framework, and repository for transparent dependency and risk management across all relevant initiatives. 

  • Identify, assess, and actively manage cross-program dependencies, risks and their impact on deliverables, timelines, and program objectives, in close collaboration with PMO colleagues and program leadership. 

  • Support effective program governance by preparing structured inputs on dependencies, risks, and impacts for steering committees and management forums. 
     

Stakeholder Communication & Engagement: 

  • Proactively communicate and align with project and program owners of dependent initiatives.  

  • Participate in relevant project and program meetings of dependent initiatives to identify changes early and represent the interests of the programs and projects within the department of Commercial Ecosystem & Enablement. 

Requisite Qualification & Experience: 

  • University degree in Business Administration, Management, Business Informatics, or a related field 

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in program or project management, PMO, transformation initiatives, or consulting, preferably in Pharma/ Life Science industries with complex, multi-project environments 

  • Experience in CRM or in adjacent enterprise programs with cross-platform dependencies (e.g. SAP, Master Data, Pricing/Tender, LMS, SFE, CMS, PIM, CLM). 

  • Proven experience managing cross-program dependencies, risks, and stakeholder interfaces across multiple countries and business divisions within a multinational organization 

  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences 

  • Solid understanding of governance structures and decision-making processes in large organizations 

  • Proficiency in common office and program/project collaboration tools (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence); a project management certification is an advantage 

  • Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented way of working 

  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages (e.g. German) are an advantage
