We are looking for a Medical Assistant (m/f/d) for our MVZ in Leipzig from 01.04.2026.

• Organization and coordination of patient registration
• Support of the medical team during the consultation hours
• Assumption of a wide range of administrative activities (including writing doctor's letters, maintaining patient data, appointment management)
• Service recording and updating of patient status in the practice management system
• Implementation of statutory health insurance and private billing, including quarterly billing
• Responsibility for material management and ordering

• Successfully completed training as a medical assistant (m/f/d) or medical assistant (m/f/d)
• Ideally, initial knowledge of functional diagnostics (e.g. ergometry, long-term examinations, reading out pacemaker devices) – not a must
• Experience in dealing with EBM billing
• Curiosity, willingness to learn and enjoyment of continuous professional development
• Strong teamwork and cooperation skills as well as a reliable way of working
• Legally required proof of measles immunization
