Nurse (m/f/d)

• Interprofessional cooperation in our multi-professional team
• The competent and expert, comprehensively planned basic and treatment care of patients, including documentation, evaluation
• Medication management
• Implementation of the defined quality of care
• Implementation of the station's applicable expert standards and SOP ́s
• Execution of medical prescriptions, as well as professional patient observation and execution of nursing documentation
• Assistance, as well as preparation and follow-up of medical examinations
• Practical guidance for trainees, young professionals and participants in specialist training
• Materials management in compliance with department-specific and economic specifications
• Communication, also within the framework of training and counselling concepts for patients and relatives
• Participation in projects and working groups, also interdisciplinary and cross-professional groups

• State recognition as a nurse (m/f/d), as well as initial professional experience desirable
• Independent and structured way of working
• Willingness to undergo your own further education and training
• Willingness to actively shape change processes
