Your tasks:
- You will manage and monitor the Group IT provider Fresenius Digital Technology as well as other support teams
- They ensure that all IT services are delivered according to the SLAs
- You will implement Fresenius Digital's ITIL processes in our organization and adapt them to our internal requirements
- You will identify frictional losses at the interface with the provider and develop sustainable solutions together with Fresenius Digital
- You will use quantitative methods to monitor service KPIs and create regular reports for management (e.g. PowerBI).
- In the event of malfunctions in critical areas (e.g. sterile goods control systems), you will initiate root cause analysis together with the provider
- You will be the first point of contact for our departments for service-related questions and new IT requirements in operating technology
- They ensure that all IT services meet regulatory requirements and security guidelines
- Process Documentation and Quality Assurance
What you bring to the table:
- Several years of experience in IT service management or IT operations, ideally in a regulated environment (healthcare, medical technology or industry)
- Sound ITIL knowledge (certification is an advantage) as well as routine in dealing with ticket systems and monitoring tools
- Strong understanding of quantitative methods for monitoring complex service structures and KPIs (e.g. via ServiceNow, PowerBI, etc.)
- Fluent in German and fluent English for communication within the Group network
- A highly structured and independent way of working is a matter of course for you
- You are aware of the critical importance of your role and see your work as an essential basis for technical reliability and safety in our medical and operational care areas
- Analytical thinking skills and the ability to remain calm in dynamic situations (e.g. system failures in operating technology)
- You will be able to successfully mediate between the requirements of the operational departments and the delivery capabilities of the provider Fresenius Digital
- You act in a customer-oriented manner and set clear priorities even in a dynamic environment to ensure a high quality of service
